Vun Voman

Athena is a character in Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. She’s the only default female Myrmidon who thinks she has power of more than “vun voman”. Athena joins Marth’s force when you visit the village in Chapter 6x where Marth helps solving a kidnapping involving some local children. She will start off at level 10 which is tolerable at that period of game since most of your characters will be around that level, if not lower.

Strengths and Talents

Athena is the above average character when compared to the rest of playable characters. A Myrmidon’s strength is speed and Athena doesn’t need to try to cap it. For a female character she has impressive hp growth, which allows her to survive longer throughout the game play. After obtaining Athena you will have a total of 2 Myrmidons recruited, Nabarl being the first. Stats wise, it’s smarter to use Nabarl since his final stats as a Swordmaster outrank Athena’s but if you love her accent then she will do fine on your team. As for online play with Athena, it’s not recommended since she gets outclassed by almost any other Swordmaster.
