Bastian

Bastian is the wisdom behind Crimea. He uses his eloquent speech to persuade others into his thoughts, and aids Elinica in ruling her lands. He is a master at using magic, and travels around the world in order to form peace treaties and such. He soon goes on a secret mission to revive Renning, Elincia's uncle that was thought to be dead, and returns to you to fight much later in the game.

Bastian has a smart attitude that tends to annoy people during the game. He is constantly talking with high vocabulary words, and intellectual insights on things that most don't think about. He is a wondrous mage who looks at things in all angles and views; the perfect tactician.
