Bern

Bern is a nation featured in both Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi and Fire Emblem, which boasts the most powerful military force in Elibe. Hartmut the Champion, of the Eight Legends became its first King, and is succeeded by its ancestors, King Desmond and King Zephiel in Fire Emblem: Fūin no Tsurugi and Fire Emblem, respectively.

Wyverns are native to this mountainous country, and are trained by Bern soldiers as partners for their soldiers. The Bern military are led by their Wyvern Generals, which corresponds to Etruria's three generals.
