Dheginsea is a black dragon Laguz who is the king of Goldoa, land of the dragons. Dheginsea has prohibited all contact from the outside world, and no visitor, Laguz or Beorc, is permitted within Goldoa's borders. He makes sure that Goldoa remains neutral throughout all conflicts on Tellius. There are few dragons in Goldoa, but they live for a long time and few are ever born. Dheginsea's power is said to be nearly god-like, as Dheginsea was one of the three warriors that helped to seal the dark god away in the medallion centuries ago.
