Izuka is a man that helped Daein by helping to form a liberation army with the heir to Daein's throne, Pelleas. He is known to be the creater of the drug that creates Feral Ones. Izuka is a boss during a chapter in part 4 when he summons Feral Ones to attack. The Feral Ones you fight against are cats, tigers, red dragons, hawks, and ravens. Izuka also has the SS dark magic tome Balberith to attack you with. He teleports to a distant place if you get too close to him.
