Lucia is Queen Elincia's most trusted friend. She has grown up to be like a sister to Elincia. Along with Geoffrey and Bastian, Elincia loves Lucia so much that she values her life more than her own. Where Elincia goes, Lucia follows, she always stays by the queen's side.

Lucia has a network of spies across Crimea. After Ludveck causes an uprising in Crimea, Lucia attempts to use her spies in order to go through with her plans of capturing him. Unfortunately, she is caught when Ludveck infiltrates her network and captures her. After Ludveck is placed in prison, Lucia is brought out to Queen Elincia just outside Fort Alpea. The rebels demanded that Elincia release Ludveck or else Lucia would be hanged. Lucia is then saved by the Greil Mercenaries. Ever since then, she has stood alongside Elincia.
