Tibarn

Tibarn, ruler of the Hawk Tribe, returns in Radiant Dawn as a valuable player. He also seeks for the good of Tellius, and aids in the many ways that he can. Holding grudges for Naesala for reasons found later in the story line, Tibarn is known to get angry. He tears at his enemies from the skies with his Hawk Tribe, and has a great relationship with the heron tribe. He leads a group to the Tower of Guidance, and is the first to reach it.

After the game he becomes the king of the newly made bird alliance, the new home to all of the bird tribes.
